Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure ordering system. We use PayPal so when you enter your card information, it automatically charges your credit card and deposits the money into our account without ever displaying your credit card number or information anywhere, not even to us. How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. All items are 100% Insured, Every Time and will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card or PayPal account they are paid with.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually 7-10 business days after you place your order. Depending on which shipping method is used, you may receive a tracking number to follow your package as it travels from us to you.
What is your return policy?
We firmly stand behind all the products we offer. If within 7 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied with your NEW items, please contact us. We will gladly accept your return and refund your money, minus shipping costs. All items are assumed to be used surplus unless the description says NEW. Return Policy on USED items is as follows: Used items are guaranteed to be serviceable, but may have repairs, discoloration or wear from age and storage. Returns on USED items are accepted only if the item is not serviceable or does not arrive as described. Collectable Items may or may not be serviceable. (Some are over 50 years old!) All Collectables are sold as is. Returns are not accepted on Collectable Items.

Do you take international orders?
If you live outside the U.S.A. and wish to make a purchase from rustybayonet.com, please e-mail us directly at info@rustybayonet.com. Our shipping calculator does not work correctly with international orders and you will have to pay the extra charge for actual shipping cost before we can ship your purchase. All payments must be made with PayPal. WEAPONS CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR MORE INFORMATION, GO TO OUR WEAPONS PAGE.
